How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Every appointment is a dedicated time slot just for you. To show consideration for you, our staff, and others waiting, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the original time to avoid a 50% fee of the service(s) scheduled. Guests with more than 2 ‘no shows’ or same-day cancellations will need to pre-pay before booking any future services.
How can I show appreciation to my service provider for the great service they provided?
Gratuities and pricing may differ based on the duration of the service, hair length, and products utilized. While we welcome all major credit cards for payment, kindly note that gratuity is no longer accepted on credit cards. Many service providers offer Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay for your convenience. A 20% gratuity will be included in all day spa packages.
Do you offer gift certificates or specials of any kind?
Absolutely, explore our Day Spa Packages or create a customized package for a personalized touch. Easily order your gift certificate via phone, where you can collect it at our reception desk or have it mailed to you. Additionally, you have the option to purchase a gift certificate online for added convenience right here.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a smoother experience. Our parking lot is located at the back of the building, accessible from Green Street through 4th Street or 5th Street. If street parking is unavailable, we also offer side and front entrances for your convenience.
What type of payment options do you except?
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, and SpaWish payments.
How can I schedule a day spa appointment?
To book a day spa appointment, kindly get in touch with the salon at 610-965-3148. When you come in for your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to choose your lunch. A 50% deposit is needed for all day spa packages and should be paid on the day of booking. If you need to make changes or cancel multiple service appointments, please provide a one-week notice. Additionally, a 20% gratuity will be included in all day spa packages.
