Each appointment booked reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you. To honor your time, our team, and others on the waiting list, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. For appointments exceeding 2 hours, a credit card is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
